R.E. "Skys" Sykes and Greg Sykes are Master CREIA Inspectors (MCI). The Master CREIA Inspector designation is the highest rating that can be obtained through CREIA. This designation is only given to those inspectors that have obtained many hours of additional training and have been tested for knowledge above the already high standards set for the members of CREIA. Each report prepared by Skys or Greg will bear the MCI seal representing the best quality inspection for your investment. Skys is also a Certified INTERNACHI inspector.
Zach Sykes is a CREIA certified home inspector, an ESA Certified Residential Mold Inspector, and is a Certified Infrared Thermographer. He's been performing home inspections since 1996,has been mold certified since 2000, and became a certified thermographer in 2006. Skys is also a certified INTERNACHI Mold Inspector.

Our inspections are preformed with the latest state of the art tools including an infrared camera and the latest software. A manometer survey, using an electronic measuring instrument, can be done on the foundation slab to determine if any significant cracks or settlement have occurred.
